It doesn’t have to be a long drawn out process, just 30 minutes or less is enough. Take some time to jot down a few thoughts, using the last specks of momentum you may have left from the working year. Even if you don’t look at it until you return to the office, you’ll be ready to start somewhere.
Getting into the habit each year of setting up a reflective process is using the time to get yourself and your business into a fresh mindset for the coming year.
Remember too, that everyday is a fresh start; you can start over at anytime. Sometimes we can self-sabotage ourselves by falling into the notion of “New Year, New Me”. People and projects are in a constant state of learning and improving, so it’s never to late to begin or start new goals.
With that we leave you with these final thoughts for 2015.
Let us know what your successes were during the year and what do you hope to achieve in 2016?
