How does it work? Paid Ads – Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn
- You book a complimentary 30 minute zoom call where we share screen and I look over the setup in your Ad account
- If you need to have the optional setup strategy outlined you pay $195 and then receive the file showing the setup advised (this is not generic but it based on your individual needs as seen during step 1)
- You give me access to be able to view the ad account so I can follow the progress
- Once you have completed the setup we meet via zoom. Cost $65 Time 1 hour
- Then we meet as often as needed to discuss how the ads are progressing and I advise on changes needed to optimise the account, the website or emails. Cost $65/hr or part thereof in minimum increments of 30 mins
- Rinse and repeat step 6 for as often as you need in intervals that suit your budget
Note: I will be watching the account and providing quick messenger comments or emails if I see something that needs addressing. I also usually send a message once the account first goes live with initial results.

Meta Ads Case Study Results - Ecommerce
Background
An ecommerce store owner wanted to learn how to do Meta Ads herself but was unsure about the setup and budget required. She did not want to hire an agency for a full done for you process.
Aims
- To undertake Meta Advertising in the challenging Qtr 4 and 5 time frame
- Gaining results with a very low budget
- Maximum flexibilty on the business owner being able to DIY the process as much as possible

Solution
- Perform an audit of the website, social media and emails in use
- Setup hotjar on the website to analyse visitor behaviour
- Rebuild Meta Ad funnel
- Test and optimise the Meta Ad funnel with various copy, headlines and creative options to determine what worked best
- Apply edits as needed to the website, social media channels and email marketing.
The Results
Ads were started on 1st December 2023 and the following results were seen as at 19th March 2024.
Over that time changes were made to the following:

- Budget was mostly $5 per day per ad set however pre-christmas for a short period budget was bumped to $30 a day to test result
- Reach: 69,124
- Impressions:187,880
- Amount spent: $2,472.35
- Cost per click (all): 34 cents each
- Click through rate (all): 3.85%
- Unique click through rate (link click): 5.55%
- Cost per unique link click: 64 cents each
- Instagram profile visits: 352
- Page engagement: 23,291
- Post engagement: 23,290
- Landing Page visits: 5,406
- Cost per landing page visit: 46 cents each
Takeaway Messages:
- Budget was kept super low
- Nearly 187,880 times in that period the ads were on screen
- Amount spent: $2,472.35 (13 cents per impression)
- Unique click through rate (link click): was is fairly high in this busy time of year and has improved with ad optimisation
- 352 People visited the Instagram profile as a result of the ads
- Nearly 23,000 people engaged with the page
- 5,406 people went to the product page on the website at a cost of only 46 cents each
- Excellent learning on copy, creatives and headlines to use was gained so that optimisation of the ads, social media content, website and emails could be undertaken
- Website, email marketing and social media marketing were improved
Cost to the client:
Ad spend: $2,472.35 Plus management fees of $467.50 (average of $33 a week since we started).
Meta Ads Case Study Results - Lead Generation
Background
A online business was unhappy with the number of leads being received. They had struggled with Meta Ads in the past and had resorted to using mostly Google Ads with mixed results and a very high spend cost.
Aims
- To improve the results being obtained using Meta Ads
- Maximise landing page visits using less ad spend
- Learn how it all works
- Develop a Meta Ad strategy that could be effective all year around.
Solution
- Perform an audit of the website, paid Meta ads and organic social media posts in use
- Advise on changes to the website
- Rebuild Meta Ad funnel
- Test and optimise the Meta Ad funnel with various copy, headlines and creative options to determine what worked best
- Improved number of leads were gained using less ad spend that has been spend on Google Ads previously
The Results
Ads were started on 15th November 2024 and the following results were seen as at 15th December 2024.
Over that time changes were made to the following:

- Page engagement: 8,425
- Amount spent: $1,486.92
- Cost per click (all): 17 cents each
- Click through rate (all): 3.00%
- Unique click through rate (link click): 4.36%
- Landing Page visits: 4,663
- Cost per landing page visit: 32 cents each
- 60 people signed and paid for subscription during this period (a significant increase in results according to the owner).
Takeaway Messages:
- Budget was started low during testing
- Client was previously paying $4k a month of Google Ads which was heavily reduced for better paid subscription results
- Amount spent: $1,486.92 (< 0.005 cents per impression)
- Unique click through rate (link click): was is fairly high in this busy time of year and has improved with ad optimisation
- CPMs started high but were reduced significantly
- 4,664 people went to the website landing page at a cost of only 32 cents each
- 60 people signed and paid for subscription during this period (a significant increase in results according to the owner).
- Excellent learning on copy, creatives and headlines to use was gained so that optimisation of the ads and social media content, could be undertaken
Cost to the client:
Ad spend: $1,486.92 Plus management fees of $765 (however other marketing work was being undertaken so not all of this cost was due to meta ad work).
